9Northcote Golf Course. A 9-hole public course that’s beautifully laid out in a treed landscape close to creeks and parkland. All set within 5.72 ha. It’s affordably priced as well.
10Medical & Healthcare Services. A short drive away is Preston Family Medical and the Austin Hospital. Northland also has a medical centre.
Leisure, walks and parks. Preston also has its fair share of pretty parks. Including Ray Bramham Gardens and J.S. Grey Reserve. The Northcote Aquatic centre is popular for swimming.
12Transport and road convenience. Take the train from Bell Station and you’ll be in Flinders Street in 22 minutes. There’s also the 86 tram stop, and buses (routes 552 and 553) nearby.
13Road access and walkability. The location is very accessible and close to major roads such as CityLink. The site has a walkability score of 91, so many of your daily errands won’t need a car.
